Who is Lisa Rocks McKeogh and why is she the person I should have guide me?

I am an avid fan of individuals being excited about their lives and future. I have walked the path myself, and I’m passionate about re-connecting women to themselves and their desires so they can thrive in their life, work and play NOW.

As a corporate professional for over 15 years and a mother, I found myself spectating in my life. I wasn’t showing up fully for myself or others. I was going through the motions and busy thinking about what was next.  I kept hoping there would be the perfect time to make a change.  There wasn't. I had to stop waiting and chasing my life to be more present, in choice, and grateful for what I had.

I became a Professional Certified Coach and started Rocket Coaching & Consulting over ten years ago. I specialize in supporting purposeful professionals and women to create the lives they want to Lead by truly connecting to themselves and others, rediscovering their personal voice, and taking their lives up a level while practicing gratitude daily.

I am recognized for providing the spark and space to help my clients get unstuck and energized, allowing them to reclaim the life they want Now. Guiding clients to soar above everyday details allows for greater clarity and shifts.
